Devan joined our team in 2020 as our first systems manager. In that role, she quickly became familiar with every position on our team, along with the data and systems that are integral to our work. Before long, her work ethic and professional competency made her the natural choice to lead our operations.
Devan supports the entire Modern Hearing Solutions team across all eight offices, making sure everyone feels supported in their roles and has the resources and training they need to succeed.

Devan lives in Jackson Township with her husband, Anthony, their son, Jason, and their dog, Lex. They love spending time together and creating memories.

Devan has been instrumental in leading our team toward one of our core values, Continuous Improvement, and in supporting our dedication to Operational Excellence and a WOW Patient Experience every time. She has improved clerical efficiency along with many of our everyday systems and core processes.
Devan was also appointed as our first ever Marketing Coordinator, where her organizational and communication skills help us reach more people in our communities who need help. Her tremendous service mentality and compassion could not be put to better use, serving our team and our patients on their journey to better hearing health.
